Terms of Use
These terms apply when you reserve a seat and use WEdodemy. By registering, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, ask us before you agree.
Who we are
WEdodemy, the Digital Services Academy of WEdothetalk Inc. We are registered in the Philippines under SEC Reg. No. [TO CONFIRM: SEC registration number]. Contact: [TO CONFIRM: public contact email]
Your account
Your email address is your account. You can sign in with a six-digit code we send to it, or with a password — either one reaches the same account. This means:
- Anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in as you. Keep your inbox secure.
- Do not share your sign-in codes. We will never ask you for one.
- Do not share your password. We will never ask you for it.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and not transferable.
- Give us an email address you actually use — it is where we send your sign-in code and your password, and how we reach you if anything about your account changes.
Reserving a seat
Reserving a seat in the 30-Day AI Career Launchpad is free. No payment is required and we do not ask for card or bank details to register. Paid courses, if you choose to take one later, are offered separately and clearly priced before you commit to anything.
Program dates and content
Courses open on 8 October 2026. We may adjust dates, lesson order, or course content — training material improves, and sometimes schedules move. If a change is material, we will tell registered members by email. We do not guarantee that any specific lesson, tool, or topic will remain available indefinitely.
What we do not promise
We are direct about this because it matters more than anything else on this page.
- We do not guarantee employment, clients, or income. Nothing in our training, marketing, or communications is a promise that you will be hired, find clients, or earn a particular amount.
- Results shown are not typical and are not predictions. Testimonials and graduate outcomes describe what specific individuals achieved. Your results depend on your effort, prior experience, available time, and market conditions we do not control.
- We do not give financial, legal, or tax advice. Course material about pricing, contracts, or running a freelance business is general education, not professional advice for your situation.
Acceptable use
When using WEdodemy, you agree not to:
- Share, resell, record, or redistribute course material.
- Register using someone else’s identity or email address.
- Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Harass other members or post unlawful content in any community space.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally tell you first.
Course material and ownership
Course videos, worksheets, templates and written material remain the property of WEdothetalk Inc.. You may use them for your own learning and in your own client work. You may not republish them, sell them, or present them as your own training product.
Anything you create using what you learn is yours. We claim no ownership over your portfolio, your client work, or your income.
Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, and connectivity problems happen. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, our liability arising from your use of WEdodemy is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question. For a free seat, that amount is zero. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or lost business opportunities.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for wilful misconduct, or your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing [TO CONFIRM: public contact email]. See our Privacy Notice for what happens to your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version, and we will tell registered members by email about material changes.
